YoGabbaGabba

I was hired to make cake toppers for a YoGabbaGabba birthday cake (for a 1 year old). I had never seen the show so I found this picture (above) of the characters and got to work.
Here are all the characters made out of fondant and then painted. They came out looking a lot like the real thing!

My personal favorite fondant character!
Another cute one!

Puppy Birthday Cake

For Riley's Birthday I made a funfetti cake with chocolate frosting. I covered it with bright blue fondant and then added fondant dogs. Then I used fondant dog bones and ribbon to complete it!

Retirement Cupcakes: Spring Flowers

Here are spring flower cupcakes that I made for a retirement party. They are vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry cake....they have vanilla and chocolate frosting....and are covered with decorated fondant!

They were arranged on three cupcake towers...

And on the table! Here is a close up of one of the handpainted tops.

Bridal Shower Polka Dot Cupcakes

These polka dot cupcakes were made for a bridal shower....the colors match the colors of the bridesmaids dresses...Pink and Black...Not only was the fondant pink and black but the cake was tinted to match! They were a real hit!

Here is a special order cake that was made for a "divorce" party. It is made to look like a wedding cake that the groom is pushing the bride off of. In this case it was warranted!

Tinkerbell Cake

Here is a Tinkerbell cake that I made for a little girl named Jackie...I made the pink, purple, and white cake and then added the decorative vines and flowers. Tinkerbell was a toy that I found and it fit the cake perfectly!

New York Giants Cookies

Here are some New York Football Giants cookies that made for Chris during football season. We had a little get-together during the season and these made a tasty centerpiece.

Maddy's Summer Fairies

This is a birthday cake that I did for Madison's 6th birthday. She requested a fairy cake after seeing the other fairy cake that I did. I chose to do the background colors in bright summer citrus colors.

Arial view of the cake.

Another shot of the entire cake. The pics are a little grainy because I forgot the use the flash.

Here is a new bug with different colors.

Another cute bug.

Hoe-Down Cake

This cake was made for a 6 year-old's birthday. The theme was a hoe-down so I went with more a farm theme for the cake.
This is a view of the cake from the top. When I arrived at the party to set up I actually put a cupcake with a horse on the top.
Here is a sheep.
This is my personal favorite...a chicken/hen with its eggs.

And of course there were horses...complete with horse-shoes.
